MediationWorx is a dedicated, values-driven member organisation committed to the growth and integrity of family mediation in South Africa. With a footprint of 11 hubs across 9 provinces, we have been operating for over 12 years, bringing together a network of seasoned mediators, skilled trainers, and passionate professionals.

We offer a supportive ecosystem for mediators through structured accreditation, ongoing mentorship, peer connection, and continuing professional development (CPD). Our organisation is rooted in ethical practice and the belief that families in divorce and separation deserve skilled, compassionate and regulated support.

Promote collaborative, child-focused mediation, integrating specialist practices like the Voice of the Child (VOC) process, to support families holistically.

Create regional accessibility to quality mediation through a hub-based presence in all major provinces and digital outreach into rural areas.

Build a sustainable mediation profession through CPD training, peer mentorship, case study discussions, and compliance support.

Serve as a “friend to the mediation industry”, collaborating with other stakeholders, training institutions, and transformation partners to grow and protect the profession.
